Titans Safety Xavier Woods had to work at Smoothie King this spring before becoming a franchisee.

Yes, behind the counter, long hours. Good and bad customers. Clock in, clock out. Xavier played all 1218 snaps on defense last season for the Carolina Panthers. Multiple INTs. Didn't matter.

He was behind the counter right after the season, learning, ultimately adding to an very impressive business portfolio he shares publicly for the first time.

It was a reminder for me that no job or task is too small to complete, regardless of accomplishment. That roll up your sleeves and go to work mentality is an incredible weapon. Will you use it?
